Cookie & Creme was the very first flavor I created for Sugar Rush. It is still one of our most-ordered flavors in Richmond TX.
The base is a vanilla cookie dough with generous pieces of chocolate sandwich cookies folded in. Then comes the swirl: smooth cream cheese frosting folded into the dough in ribbons. The topping is more cookie crumbles on top while the cookie is still warm.
Every bite is a different experience. Some bites have more crunch, others have more cream. It keeps you coming back for more.
