My typical weekday starts at 6:30 AM. I get ready for school, pack any orders that need to be delivered that morning, and head out. After school (around 3:30 PM), the real work begins. I head home and start baking. A typical batch takes about 2-3 hours from mixing dough to packaging the final treats.
Weekends are my busiest days. Friday and Saturday nights often find me in the kitchen until 9 or 10 PM, packaging orders for Sunday delivery.
